I'm Luca, founder of Hatch Theory. I came up as a tech and installer: gas lines, manifolds, rooftop units, AC's, ductwork.
I know diagnosing a fault code on a rooftop in January with frozen hands while the building manager won't stop calling. I know finishing a full install day and still facing a stack of reports to send to customers or the boss. Chasing around playing phone tag or trying to send off reports with no service. It gets overwhelming and stressful.
